Use the Valley Harvest storefront lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, or misuse another person’s account or personal information.

An account is optional for checkout. Account holders are responsible for protecting their sign-in credentials and should contact customer care if they suspect unauthorised access. Order and account functions are subject to availability.

We aim to describe products, pack sizes and food information clearly. Packaging and batch information should be checked on receipt. Product availability can change; submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance until Valley Harvest confirms it through the configured order process.

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Where available, MRP and the current selling price are shown separately. Any future price-reduction claim must use accurate, supportable prior-price information. An order submitted through the current checkout is recorded as pending; the checkout presently does not collect payment or confirm payment.

No online payment method is currently connected. Current shipping charges are shown at checkout. Dispatch estimates, tracking and order-change procedures are not yet configured; see the Shipping Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Food-product eligibility and the applicable reporting, inspection, replacement and refund timelines require Valley Harvest approval. Until those details are configured, the Return Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy clearly mark the business decisions that remain outstanding. Nothing here is intended to restrict statutory consumer rights.

Valley Harvest names, original text, design and site materials may not be copied or used in a misleading way. Do not use the website for unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, infringement, security testing without permission or attempts to disrupt services.

These terms are a software implementation draft and require review by Indian legal counsel before production. Any limitation language must be interpreted subject to applicable law and consumer rights. Governing-law details and jurisdiction have not been supplied and are not specified here.

We may update these terms when store operations or applicable requirements change. Business and grievance contacts are shown on the Contact and Grievance Redressal pages when configured.
